Rantasalmi Museum
The museum exhibits the life and work of the peasantry in early 20th century, and sells literature on local history and culture. Outside the museum is a memorial to the writer Alpo Noponen. Have a go at the museum’s fun “water slot machine”! Everyone who tries it gets a postcard, and those who hit get a bigger prize. Free admittance.
